By using WebTransfer, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

WebTransfer provides website migration services, rebuilding your existing website on a modern, fast hosting stack. We migrate content, preserve URLs for SEO, and provide ongoing hosting and maintenance.

Eligible Sites

Our service is designed for content websites and marketing sites. We may not be able to migrate:

  • Web applications with user authentication/login systems
  • E-commerce stores with complex checkout flows
  • Sites with custom server-side functionality
  • Sites larger than 500 pages without prior discussion

We will assess your site during the scan process and let you know if migration is not feasible.

Pricing and Payment

  • Deposit: $99 refundable deposit to reserve your migration slot
  • Setup fee: $299 one-time fee (deposit applied toward this)
  • Annual hosting: $299/year for hosting and maintenance

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Refund Policy

Deposit: 100% refundable if we determine we cannot complete your migration, or if you cancel before work begins.

Setup fee: Refundable if we fail to deliver a working migration. Not refundable once you approve the migrated site.

Annual hosting: Prorated refund available if you cancel within the first 30 days.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide access to your current website (if required)
  • Respond to our questions during the migration process
  • Review and approve the migrated site before go-live
  • Ensure you have rights to migrate the content

Our Responsibilities

  • Migrate your content accurately
  • Preserve URLs or set up proper redirects
  • Provide secure, fast hosting
  • Maintain the technical infrastructure
  • Respond to support requests within 48 hours

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to preserve your SEO and content, we cannot guarantee search engine rankings. We are not liable for temporary ranking fluctuations that may occur during migration. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.

Termination

You may cancel your hosting at any time. We may terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms, with 30 days notice when possible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
